Office of the Student Ombudsperson

The Office of the Ombudsperson at Broward College is established in accordance with Florida Statues 1006.51 and BC Policy 6Hx2-5.26 to assist students who have complaints or appeals. Students may submit concerns to the office of the Student Ombudsperson by clicking the form below.

Upon receipt The Office of the Ombudsperson may:

  • Inform students about applicable college policy and procedures
  • Guide students to appropriate offices for further follow-up as needed
  • Work with Broward College departments to investigate complaints in accordance with BC Policy 6Hx2-5.23, BC Procedure 6Hx2-5.23, and other applicable Broward College policies.
